KFC and Pepsi just launched 5 new exclusive soda flavors
Pepsi just launched fun new flavors, but you’ll have to visit a Saucy! by KFC location to try them. The hand-crafted Drips by Pepsi line of dirty sodas uses soft drinks as a base for flavorful mix-ins and toppings. The Saucy and Pepsi collab brings four new flavors to all locations starting April 6, plus an exclusive flavor that can only be found at the Tampa, Florida, restaurant, according to Allrecipes.
Dirty sodas have achieved viral status on TikTok thanks to trendy soda shops offering concoctions that sweeten the beverage game. Drips by Pepsi gives fans unique flavor combinations using their favorite Pepsi products. Mix-ins like fruit syrups, boba, fresh fruits, creams, and fun garnishes are added to a base of Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Lipton Iced Tea, Starry, or Tropicana Lemonade for a customized, flavorful twist and playful color. Since debuting in 2024, customers can now find them in more than 300 Regal Cinemas movie theaters nationwide, according to their Instagram.
The new Saucy-exclusive Drips flavors include:
- Pepsi Zero Sugar Salted Caramel Fizz: Pepsi Zero Sugar or regular Pepsi, featuring salted caramel and chocolate and topped with caramel cold foam
- Tropicana Rainbow Splash Lemonade: Tropicana Lemonade and Starry with passionfruit and pineapple flavors over blue raspberry popping boba
- Mountain Dew Chili Chill: Mountain Dew and Tropicana Lemonade with pineapple, jalapeño, mint, and Tajín
- PynkRaze Pop: Tropicana Lemonade and Starry with passionfruit and pineapple over dragon fruit popping boba
- Tropical Energy Escape: Exclusive to the Tampa location, orange-pineapple energy blend with passionfruit, blackberry, coconut water, and coconut cream
Saucy is a new KFC restaurant spin-off that specializes in the chain’s popular chicken tenders and 11 signature sauce options, a nod to Colonel Sanders’ original chicken recipe with 11 herbs and spices. Since its launch in Orlando, Florida, in 2024, the chain has added nine more locations and expanded the menu to include sandwiches, bowls, salads, and tacos built around those tasty tendies.
The exclusive drinks are a sweet partnership for two brands that focus on bold flavor-driven combinations. Drips drinks are popping up at events and other locations nationwide, including an exclusive Formula 1 pop-up in Las Vegas. The new 16-ounce beverages will also be available at five new Saucy locations opening later this year, and fans can order in-store, through the app, or at the drive-through.
